Yoga and Pilates

Yoga and Pilates  to re-establish mind/body balance. Nikki Chrysostomouwill be your teacher at the end of May for pilates lessons. In September and October, courses of yoga and mindfulness with Elise Joan and Faith Hunter will unveil the potential of a vacation dedicated to your own wellness. And for those who want to keep their daily schedule, yoga lessons are available every day upon request.
