Breakfast at Capofaro is an unforgettable moment, another way to discover the Sicilian flavors. The day begins with the ritual preparation of fresh ricotta cheese, yogurt, bread (baked using starter made with ancient Sicilian wheats) and the typical pastries: bombe, graffe and sfinci. The main hall will feature a buffet with hand sliced cold cuts from Nebrodi, juice extracts using local fruits, and Sicilian black bee honey. The kitchen also offers a savory menu, prepared traditionally using eggs (omelets, poached eggs, scrambled eggs), revisited with local products.
