For the poolside lunch, the kitchen offers a menu featuring fresh, light and savory dishes, from spaghetti with local tomatoes, to the infamous “Club Sandwich a Salina” and the crostone di pane cunzato (toasted crust of bread with tomatoes, anchovies, pecorino cheese, oil, salt and oregano). For dinner, the chef offers a menu with four options per serving, and three tasting menus: “My Sicily”: a personal take on the local cuisine, using local raw materials and sharing the memory of his trips around the world. “The Tasca home kitchen”: like a modern Monsù, the chef guides the guests on a journey through the products of the five Estates, and the gastronomic memories of the counts d’Almerita. “Ludovico’s garden”: a reflection of his passion and sensibility to vegetables, Ludovico guides the client on a discovery of the best raw materials picked from the garden a few feet away from the restaurant, flavorful and light.
